There is a belief that we carry our memories, our feelings, all our senses and experiences – and those of our ancestors – within us. This meld of thoughts and ideas is often described as ‘messy, sensual and unpredictable’. In this workshop, we’ll be exploring that, and allowing our writing to give voice to it.
